Headquartered in Guangzhou, China, CVTE serves widely in the fields of home appliances, education informatization, enterprise services, and its products are distributed in over 140 countries and regions worldwide. As a high-tech enterprise, CVTE has multiple comprehensive laboratories, including hardware performance labs, reliability labs, OTA labs, with an investment of nearly 100 million yuan. It has been honored with titles such as "Top 500 National Science and Technology Innovative Enterprises in 2022" and "Top 500 Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises in 2022".
The joint seminar between Das Intellitech and CVTE, themed "Creating Experiential Smart Spaces Together," marks a strong collaboration between Das Intellitech, a key player in the IoT and intelligent industry, and CVTE. This collaboration will help unite ecological partners and upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry, accelerate the digitalization and intelligent transformation of the industrial chain, and promote the healthy development of intelligent manufacturing and building intelligence industries.
In his speech, Mr. Yi Hong, Vice President of Das Intellitech, expressed Das Intellitech's commitment to becoming a leading global smart space service provider, aggregating modular spatial applications based on the intelligent IoT platform to provide users with intelligent services throughout the lifecycle. Yi Hong stated, "The city of Guangzhou, where this event is held, is Das Intellitech's second-largest core service city. The Das Intellitech Guangzhou regional team currently consists of 73 people, providing innovative solutions for 87 projects over the past 3-4 years, with service contracts totaling 1.28 billion yuan. In the future, Das Intellitech will continue to increase human resources deployment in the Guangzhou region to better serve more users in the Guangzhou and Shenzhen areas."
Mr. Deng Yigang, Chairman of CVTE's Future Education Group and Enterprise Services Group, delivered a welcome speech at the seminar. According to Deng Yigang, CVTE has become a leading enterprise in the provincial ultra-high-definition video display industry cluster chain. Its brands HiTA and MAXHUB provide digital solutions for education informatization and enterprise services, respectively. MAXHUB's market share in the domestic market has exceeded 30%.
During the event, Mr. Ma Duanning, Deputy General Manager of Das IoT, and Mr. Li Jinbao, Chief Technical Expert of Das Intellitech Design Research Institute, discussed the value and cognition of intelligence. They shared and interpreted the culmination of Das Intellitech's nearly 30 years of project service practice: the "Das Intellitech, Toward the Future: Integrated Solution White Paper for Intelligent Office Buildings" and the "Smart IoT Control Platform Application, Access System White Paper". How to focus on the concept of serving people rather than just the functional characteristics of individual products? How to emphasize core solution products to provide customers with strong effects and high experiences?
The two "White Papers" provide detailed interpretations and experience sharing from the perspectives of intelligent solution architecture, AIoT platform's north-south application and system, building public spaces, office spaces, basic support systems, and IoT products. They can provide technical references and support for users, industry technical engineers, and related professionals.
In the afternoon session, speakers from Das Intellitech and CVTE shared and discussed specific office scenarios from the dimensions of the AIoT platform, employee experience, smart meetings, building energy saving, smart security, and operational leasing.
In modern office buildings, meeting rooms are the spaces with the highest information volume in corporate operations, including processes such as the birth, transmission, reception, and issuance of important company information. Das Intellitech's smart meeting system, carried by mobile apps and centered around meeting room scenarios, has designed innovative solutions such as meeting appointment systems, information dissemination systems, facial recognition access control, personalized check-in, and meeting space scene control. These solutions create convenient, efficient, energy-saving, and quality-improving meeting experiences.
Regarding the development direction of future smart meeting solutions, Lin Liming, Solution Director of MAXHUB at CVTE, expressed his expectation for deep cooperation with Das Intellitech's IoT platform. He aims to build a smart reception room system centered around meeting service systems to meet the multi-scenario usage and control requirements of meeting rooms in office buildings.
Rooted in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, Providing Intelligent Innovation Solutions for the Greater Bay Area Construction
Das Intellitech has served many representative projects in the Guangzhou region, creating green and intelligent building spaces based on independent products and services. These projects include the Guangzhou Metro Line 7 Phase I West Extension Shunde Section, Guangzhou Lianyun Big Data Center Phase II, Guangzhou Conghua Fenghuangshan Yile Health Village, 37 Interactive Entertainment Guangzhou Headquarters Building, Shugenda Guangzhou Project, and Guanglian Technology Smart Construction Headquarters Base Project.
It is worth mentioning that Das Intellitech has also served CVTE in Guangzhou, helping it build a smart and green production park. CVTE's Fifth Industrial Park is a high-quality, high-end intelligent production factory, aiming to become a self-developed, self-purchased, and self-produced enterprise to provide users with the best products and services.
Jiang Huihua, Director of Building Energy Saving and Heating Technology at Das Intellitech, introduced that the refrigeration room of CVTE's Fifth Industrial Park has a total installed capacity of 8,400 RT, with an effective volume of 5,000 m³ for chilled water storage tanks. Das Intellitech provided EPC (detailed design + construction) services for the project's efficient cooling station, achieving a comprehensive annual operating efficiency of 5.2 for the refrigeration room (including chilled water storage). Compared with conventional machine rooms (4.0), the efficiency has increased by 30%. Through efficient cooling stations and peak-shifting with chilled water storage, the project can save more than 2.25 million yuan in electricity bills annually, bringing considerable green economic benefits.
As a guest at the event, He Jianjun, Engineering Department Manager of Guangzhou WSP Property Development Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Cultural Center Branch, commented, "Das Intellitech's platform services, innovative achievements, and product displays are excellent in all aspects, showing us that intelligence can truly improve work efficiency." Lu Huixian, Manager of Intelligentization at WSP Institute, was deeply impressed by Das Intellitech's innovative concept of "from controlling objects to serving people". She shared, "The event provided a comprehensive explanation of how to provide experiential smart spaces. Even those who don't understand technology can truly feel the intelligent service, which has a significant auxiliary effect on intelligent consultation."
